Hello, I'm

Aditya

Full Stack Developer·Building MicroDolphin

CTO at MicroDolphin (pre-seed, by FireDolphin). I own the technical direction end-to-end — architected the system from scratch, write the critical path across every service, and lead the engineering team building the agentic AI layer, the core backend, and the cloud infrastructure underneath. The job is converting the founders' product vision into software that ships.

Full-stack engineer, two years into shipping production systems for real users. My work cuts across the modern web stack — Next.js and React on the frontend, Node.js (Fastify/Express) and Python on the backend, real-time infrastructure on Socket.IO + Redis, agentic AI services, and end-to-end encrypted systems on the Signal Protocol — and I own the cloud infrastructure that runs them, from VPS provisioning and Nginx tuning to CI/CD pipelines. I'm stack-agnostic by now; I pick what fits the problem and ship it.

Currently I'm focused on building MicroDolphin as CTO & Fullstack Engineer while running NexTech — the agency I founded in May 2025 to ship digital products for ambitious startups.

Off-screen I host the NexTech podcast, speak to engineering students, and try not to re-watch Modern Family for the sixth time.

Education.

Where the formal CS and math foundations come from. Most of the engineering I do for a living was learned by shipping — but the degree is what makes the fundamentals load-bearing underneath it.

  1. August 2023 — Present

    B.E. Computer Engineering

Pillai HOC College of Engineering & Technology, Rasayani

Third-year B.E. in Computer Engineering. Most of what I actually use day-to-day has come from shipping production systems in parallel — the degree gives me the formal CS/math grounding underneath.

  2. April 2021 — March 2023

    11th — 12th Standard, CBSE Curriculum

    Radcliffe Group of Schools, Kharghar

I excelled in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) under the CBSE board, while strategically preparing for JEE Mains and competitive exams, boosting my analytical prowess, problem-solving acumen, and time-optimization skills.

  3. April 2009 — March 2021

JrKG — 10th Standard, CBSE Curriculum

Ryan's St.Joseph's High School, Khanda Colony

These were the years which shaped my foundational knowledge, helped me generate some interest and experiment with it in both field of education and sports and I can also say these were some prime hand cricket playing years .
